We like to inform you that there has been a slight change in our policy of free delivery of goods. Due to the increase in cost of packaging and the courier charges, the free delivery of goods irrespective of size of the order is stripped forthwith. Now the orders Rs. 25000 and above shall be delivered free of charge and the orders of the smaller amount shall be charged as following.
The extra packaging cost is given in the bracket.
Up to Rs. 500 (Rs. 40)
Rs. 501 to Rs 1000 (Rs. 50)
Rs. 1001 to Rs 2000 (Rs. 70)
Rs. 2001 to Rs 2500 (Rs. 75)
We regret the imposition of this charge and beg apology for the same.
This is a typical letter. You have to add your company's name with full address. And the receiver's name and full address also should be added in the place allotted for that purpose. Without those primary details no letter carries any significance. So, you are requested to provide all those important details. Failing which the letter will make a wrong impression about your company and you among the receivers of your letters. This is the most unwanted attitude on your side in dealing with the clients who are the most valued assets of any business organisation.
