A Business Letters : Letter Expressing Inability to Execute Order ABC COMPANY LIMITEDDOOR NUMBER and STREET NAME, NAME of THE LOCALITY, NAME of THE TOWN. PIN : 0000000 PHONE NUMBER : 00000000 Email ID : abccompany@yahoo.com Website : http://www.abccompany.com DATE REF NO : 123 / MNO / 10092 To : XYZ COMPANY LIMITED, DOOR NUMBER and STREET NAME, NAME of THE LOCALITY, NAME of THE TOWN. Dear Sir, SUB : We thank you for your order dated the 8th February for eight small cabinets to be delivered by the middle of March. We greatly appreciate your interest in our furniture and we very much wish we were in a position to execute your order. Of late we have received some large orders from some foreign firms which will keep our machinery and circumstances. It will not be possible for us to execute your esteemed order even if you were good enough to extend the delivery date by several months. We may, however, add that we have already placed an order for three new machines with a German firm for increasing our manufacturing capacity for small cabinets and should there be no further import restriction due to present National Emergency of July. That being so, our manufacturing capacity would be double and we shall be able to execute more orders than we are able to do now. We shall inform our customers individually about the exact position some time in the middle of August. Meanwhile, we are sorry for our inability to serve you, but are quite certain that you will understand that it is due to circumstances over which we have no control and you will extend us all possible co-operation in future also as you had been doing in the past. With thanks. Yours Faithfully, Yajjos Manager ABC COMPANY LIMITED A Business Letters to HOME PAGE |
