Agreement for Non-Competition in Territory :



This Letter should be written in The Letter-Pad of the Company.


As a condition of employment with American Tel Com, Tina Wadekar, the undersigned Employee, agrees not to directly compete with American Tel Com during her period of employment and for five years after employment ceases.


The term compete includes operating, consulting, employment by, or otherwise contributing to any business or entity involved in activities similar to or in competition with American Tel Com.


This agreement shall not apply to areas beyond a 100 mile radius of the location of the company.


The Employee acknowledges she will have access to records containing customers names, addresses, and other confidential information, making this agreement integral to protecting American Tel Com's interests.


This agreement is binding upon and shall be carried out to the benefit of the named parties, their successors and representatives.
