Postal Code : XXXXXX Phone Number : 0000 - 123456789 Date : Dear Sir, Please refer to your Advertisement in the TIMES OF INDIA dated 2nd May 2009 regarding the suircase found in the Punjab Mail on 28th April 2009. I want to bring to your kind notice that the suitcase belongs to me. It is a VIP suitcase 22 inches of grey colour. My name is pasted on it. It contains three white shirts, two trousers, one blue-coloured pant, one towel and one ball pen. It also contains my orginal certificates (materic and B.A. Ecnonomics) with attested copies, five issues of Career Digest monthly as well as a newspaper of that day. I returned on that day after attending an interview at Kanpur. I shall feel obliged if the same is returned to me. Please let me know the date and the time convenient to you so that I may collect my suitcase accordingly. Thanking you, Yours faithfully, Ravi T NOTE : This is a typical letter. You have to add your sender's name with full address. And the receiver's name and full address also should be added in the place allotted for that purpose. Without those primary details no letter carries any significance. So, you are requested to provide all those important details. Failing which the letter will make a wrong impression about you among the receivers of your letters. This is the most unwanted attitude on your side in dealing with the receiver. If necessary, leave those spaces blank. Anonymous Letter to The Station Master to HOME PAGE |
