This is with reference to your advertisement in yesterday’s newspaper THE CAREER GUIDE for the post of motor-mechanic in your service station. I hereby offer my services for the job.


I mention below my qualifications and am hard-working. I passed my matriculation in science in first class from the Punjab Secondary Board. Then I completed my. I.T.I. motor-mechanic course. I have been working as an assistant motor-mechanic with G.S. Automobile - Delhi for the last five years. I want to leave the job with the intention of getting more knowledge.


I can repair all kinds of Maruti brands like Suzuki, Esteem 800, Zen and Omni Van. I can work for long hours after the official timings if needed. I am prepared to join your establishment at the basic scale usually given to a car mechanic.
