Bar Chart : A representation of different quantities into elongated wide stripes of varying length according to their relative magnitude



Bar Code : A pattern of vertical bars of varying widths representing coded information that can be read by a computerised scanner, commonly imprinted on consumer products to identify them at the point of sale, also applied to mailing pieces for automated sorting and in manufacturing operations etc.



Bargaining Agent : An organisation or individual representing a group of workers to negotiate wages, fringe benefits, working conditions, etc. with an employer



Bargaining Unit : A group of employees treated as a single entity through a mutually elected representative who bargain with management and take decisions by taking into consideration the majority vote to accept or reject any offer made to them through their representative
