Business Letters Apology : Apologizing for causing inconvenience
6 March - 19XX
Dear Mrs. Kula,
I really must apologize for causing inconvenience to you and your family the whole of last week.
First it rained so heavily that the retaining wall collapsed into your compound. What a mess it made! Then the mango tree had to collapse and block your pathway.
Thank heavens now that the weather is dry so work can be done to rebuild the wall. I told the builder to strengthen it so that it can withstand any rain.
So sorry for causing the trouble. I hope this will not be repeated.
Yours Sincerely,
Mrs. Wong
