Business Letters Format

Every business letter should follow a Business Letters Format (Business Letters Style or Layout). Although there are seven business letter formats, you have to choose the one which is the most suitable for you and to your circumstance. Few formats are outdated. Few are very new ones. Choose the one to your taste. Usually the business letter should be written in your company’s letter head. In few occasions, you may not write your business letters in the company’s letter-head. When you are supposed to write the business letters in a white paper, let the size of the paper normal one. A4 sheet of paper is used these days. But in those cases, the sender’s address should be typed in that letter in the appropriate place. Obviously this is to indicate to the receiver who writes the letter. All other points remain the same.
