Business recommendation letters may be written to recommend either your new product to an old client or your old product to a new client or your new product to your new client. In the recommendation letter, you have to state the salient features of the product and how far the product will be useful top the client. And also state how are the new product is different from the old one. When you are asked to recommend a person, think of his/her strengths. If you are satisfied with the suitability of those strengths to the requirements of the job, you can recommend him/her to the job. Otherwise you can decline to recommend that person to the job.
