I am informed by students and teachers that a clandestine group of boys is smuggling in brown sugar into the hostels and selling it at exorbitant price. This is the most dangerous trend and is totally illegal. It may lead to permanent handicap of addiction in students and a ruin of their career.


The police have been informed about the matter and they are tracing down the ring of drug smugglers. Any students caught to be colluding with outside elements in the racket will be rusticated and liable to criminal prosecution.
