Closed Shop : A firm which employees only union members : It has been forbidden by the Taft-Hartley Act of 1947.
Closed Corporation : A company, whose stock is held by a few people and generally not traded in
Closely Held Corporation : An organisation whose voting stock is held by a few people and AT the same time, so much stock is publicity owned that a market in the stock is made.
Closing Costs : The cost, which is incurred in transferring the ownership of real estate from the seller to the buyer, for example, legal charges, insurance, filling charges, etc.
