After ten minutes she got off the phone and proceeded to ring me up. Imagine my surprise when my bag of chips and small drinktotaled RS. 798. I told her that I thought there must be somesort of error. She proceeded to tell me that she didn't set theprices and that if I didn't like the prices that I should shopelsewhere. Needless to say, I went across the street to the XYZQuick Shop for my purchase.
I was extremely disappointed with the service I received thatday. If you would please address this issue with your cashiers, Iwould greatly appreciate it. I enjoy shopping at your store,however if I receive this type of treatment again, I will take mybusiness elsewhere.Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
