Organizations like forms but they are rarely helpful and usually unnecessarily complex. Work hard to make all of your forms, whether product or service information, leases, credit applications, as simple as you can. Seek ways to get information from your customers without having to punish them for it.

New organizations have the opportunity to start without forms. If you are a new organization, start without forms. If you are an older organization, you can increase your profits by eliminating as many as you can and simplifying the rest.

You do need crisp, clear, attachments for emails that provide essential ordering information for your customers. Work hard to make them concise and complete. This is an effective and efficient way to influence current and prospective customers to buy and buy more, without waiting for phone calls or additional meetings.
