  1. First of all, decide on a specific job title for your objective. Then find the answer to the following questions.

    How can you reflect that you are the ideal candidate for the vacant position?

    What are the qualities, attributes or your accomplishments that would make you ideal than others for that specific position?

  2. Try to find out as to what an employer expects from the candidate to achieve. Find such points. Few candidates recognized that the employer being a small and growing software company would be very interested in a candidate who can create new accounts and exceeding sales target. It means the candidate just imagines what would be the expectations of the employer from the best employee for the position and use that nerve in your objective section.
