My retailer, Messrs Pasaraya Rakyat, of 231 – 233 Jalan Selatan, 84000 Muar, returned two cartons of damaged goods to me. They claim that the cartoms were already damaged when delivered to them by one of your lorries. We have examined the cartons and conclude that they must have been damaged by careless handling during transport. We always ensure that our goods are in perfect condition when they are sent out.

We enclose a detailed claim and a copy of the d/o. Could you send some one over to inspect the damaged goods and verify our claim?
