Dear Sir,

I want to make a complaint about the poor quality of your service.

I bought a new television set from you a month ago. It ceased to function two days after it was delivered. Then it took five days before your servicemen came to take a look. They said they had to take the set back to the shop to get it fixed.

The days passed. I phoned a number of times to enquire and each time the answer was that the set was not fixed yet.

How long more do you suppose it will take to fix the set? If it can’t be fixed, give me a new replacement. After all I only had it for two days. Please do something positive on this matter.
