When we finished eating IInadvertently left my parking ticket on my tray. By the time Inoticed my ticket missing our table trays had been cleared away.Upon explaining this to the man in the parking garage booth heInformed me that a lost ticket would result in Rs. 400 charge.In order to get back to work on time I paid the Rs. 400 andleft.
I realize the man in the booth is only following Smith's parkingpolicies, but I do not think that this charge is at all appropriate.
I have shopped at traffic police for a long time because theyalways have exactly what I'm looking for and it is veryconvenient.
This letter of complaint is because I am upset at the fact that Ispend a great deal of money inside your store only to find that Imust pay an additional Rs. 8 to get out of your store.
Again let me say that this is the first complaint I have hadabout your store and I only hope that you will understand myconcern and reimburse me for $8.00 or credit my account. Ihope to hear from you soon as to your feelings on this matter.
