Your bill for payment descended like a bolt out of blue. It reads that the amount payable is Rs. 1854. Surely there is some problem with this.
I have been your subscriber for the past 12 years. I always ensure that the billing amount doesn’t exceed Rs. 1000. More over, during the last one month my house was locked as my wife had taken the children to her mother’s place. And I mostly used my mobile. Nevertheless, how the billing amount could shoot up like this?
It might be due to over sight or some clerical error. Please look into it and advise me. Until then, I am forced to hold the payment.
Please note that, according to your bill the pay by date is latest by 25th November - 2008. The earlier I get your feed back, the quicker I can make payment before the dead line. But if I do not get your reply by then and my telephone line is cut for not paying the bill, which is no fault of mine, I am afraid, I will have to refer the matter to the Consumer’s Forum.
