It is learnt that some employees are indulging in money transaction in the company, lending money for interest and running private chit fund.
As per company’s Standing Orders, lending/taking money or involving in any sort of transaction without the consent of the management is taboo. Therefore, employees are advised to dispense with such practice.
Any misconduct of this nature will be viewed seriously and stringent action will be taken against such employees.

Note : This issue is as common as a child’s cry. It prevails in every business house. It will continue to take place despite the warning notice from the management. However, the idea of displaying such warnings is to make it public that the company does not hold responsibility on such matters and that the employees do so arbitrarily on their own without the knowledge of the company.
This will save the company’s face value, if such transactions ever take a nasty turn.
