Letter-Writing :


There are three important types of letters. They are personal letter, official letters and business letters.


In general, every letter has six parts. They are as follows.


1. The Heading or the writer’s address and the date - the FROM address

2. The Greeting or Salutation

3. The body of the letter

4. The subscription or conclusion or leave-taking

5. The Signature

6. The superscription - the TO address


Punctuation mark and the capital letters must be correctly used in a letter.
