RE : Complaint of Poor Management
We want to lodge a complaint about the poor treatment we have been receiving this past two months.
Often we found the doors to the club locked at 5 p.m. when we arrived to make use of the sports equipment. The guard who was supposed to be there was not to be seen. So we had to get one of the EX Co members to come down and open the club for us. By the time he arrived, we were ready to go home. This sort of thing is most unsatisfactory.
Another thing is that some of the fitness machines are not working and are left unrepaired. What is the President doing? We pay good money for the use of the club and the facilities. What we get is this shoddy treatment. Please buck up or we won’t be members here much longer. There are many other clubs around.
