Dear Sirs,

I seek to inform you that your house rented by me has been badly damaged by recent torrential rains.

The walls have bulged out. The roofs are leaking while the drainage system is completely dismantled.

I request you kindly to pay a personal visit and take expeditious steps to effect necessary repairs, since it is feared that the building may collapse any moment.

I hope, you will look into the urgency of the matter and pay an early visit, as the house is not fit for human habitation and is also a life hazard.

Yours faithfuully,

(R. Raja)
