Dear _____________,
I am pleased to invite your elementary classes to attend a free tour of the Mrs. Srinath's Bakery. Each year, we welcome thousands of school children from around the city to step inside our factory walls and watch each step of the bread-making process. It's educational and nutritious--when the tour is over, everyone gets a free slice of buttermilk bread fresh from the oven.
As principal of Woodlawn Elementary, I know you must seek out unique field-trip opportunities that accommodate children under age twelve. At Mrs. Srinath's, we are happy to welcome two classes of children per two-hour tour (60 children maximum), butwe do require that you send one chaperon per every ten children. Please call me at your convenience and we'll set up several series of bakery tours for your entire school.
The Mrs. Srinath's Bakery tour has been a tradition since 1965. I hope to see you soon.
Yours Sincerely,
