Today, we have received the parcel of books sent by you. We are surprised to find that you have sent all the twelve books of Enlish Grammar written by some Mr. Sarraff while we had ordered for the English gRAMMAR bools written by Mr. Gupta & Gupta.
We are returning the books. You are requested to supply the bools of English Grammar written by Mr. Gupta & Gupta.
Please be kind enough to supply the proper books immediately freight paid. The parcel be packed properly with polythene.
This is a typical letter. You have to add your company's name with full address. And the receiver's name and full address also should be added in the place allotted for that purpose.
