The Marcum Optical account deserves better service than we provided. They waited over a month for their lens grinding machine components, causing major delays for their patients.


We must work harder to carry out our fulfillment process efficiently. Warehouse employees as well as workers in the shipping department must follow the rules and procedures booklet for order processing. Including shipping time, the process should take no more than eight days. If there are delays, the customer service department must be notified so they can contact the customer.


I am sure we can eliminate delays if we work together. Our customers have a responsibility to their patients to provide timely service, and they deserve to receive their components promptly.
