There has been some confusion at our production facility as a result of missing or incomplete paperwork from salespeople. We need a completed order form, a signed release form, and a signed purchase agreement before we can fill any order. It makes us appear incompetent when sending additional forms to customers after the sale. Salespeople should also remember to deliver the follow-up letter and product list. Follow-ups provide us with at least 15 percent of our sales.


Please remind your salespeople to use the proper forms. I have attached copies of all the forms that need to be completed with each sale. It is in both our interests to work together so we can ship the correct orders to our customers promptly.
