To review the drought and famine conditions prevailing in the state, a high power committeer has been instituted under the Chairmanship of Deputy Chief Minister. The committee has decided in its last meeting held on 23rd August to adopt some thrift measures as per following:

An over all cut of 20% in all non-plan expenditure be observed with immediate effect.All unnecessary and avoidable travelling be checked and the expences on T.A. bills be reduced by 25% with immediate effect.Expenses on office purchase be stopped forthwith. No expenditures to be made on office purchase without the permission of the deputy secretary of the respective ministry.All the medical bills be scrutinized before making the payments.

All the offices concerned under your jurisdiction be infrmed of the instruction immediately.

Complicance report of the order be submitted to the undersinged within three day.
