Goods were non-conforming to sample, advertisement, specifications, or price, as stated on the reverse side.
Acknowledged acceptance of our order, as required, has not been received, and we therefore ordered these goods from other sources.
Goods represent only a partial shipment and we will not accept back orders.
Please credit our account or issue a refund if prepaid, and provide instructions for return of said goods at your expense. Return of these goods however shall not be a waiver of any claimwe may have under the Uniform Commercial Code or applicable law.
