As per your order, the items delivered on the enclosed invoice are sent to you on a basis of sale or return. They are sent for investigation or inspection only. They remain our property and will be returned to us on our request.
Until you return the items to us, you shall assume responsibility for any loss or damage to the items. Accordingly, you have no right to sell, hinder, or otherwise dispose of thegoods unless you accept them and pay for them or you obtain our written permission.
