Hardly had the Meery Shuttle travelled about 20 km, when suddenly its three bogies and the engine derailed about 7.15 pm on Saturday - the 20th December 2009. About nine passengers died on the spot and 85 injuries some of then were serious.

The Ghazibad Meerut Administration of UP government started rescue and relief operations immediately. Th nearby local residents helped in the rescue work. The police and military jawans have rushed to the place of accident. The injured have been rushed to Ghaziabad and Meerut Hospitals where they are being given proper treatment.

The senior police officers and the district magistrate have already reached the accident site. They are personally supervising the relief work. But still the accident victims are facing a number of problems. Some dead bodies are still lying in the wreckage. Some patients are complaining against the lack of up-to-date facilities and prompt attention. The relatives of the seriously injures are not able to meet them. Proper araangemnt of food and medicines are not being made however. The chief minister of UP is in constant touch with the local administration. He has announced a compensation of Rs. 5 lakhs to next of kin of the dead and Rs 50 thousand for the injured. I hope that the situation will come back to normalcy within two to thre days. Further developments will be communicated to you in the next dispatch.

Yours sincerely,

This is a typical letter. You have to add your company's name with full address. And the receiver's name and full address also should be added in the place allotted for that purpose. Without those primary details no letter carries any significance. So, you are requested to provide all those important details. Failing which the letter will make a wrong impression about your company and you among the receivers of your letters. This is the most unwanted attitude on your side in dealing with the clients who are the most valued assets of any business organisation. If necessary, leave those spaces blank.
