Valentine Love Letters : A Love-Letter voicing D.H. Lawrence
183 - Tilak Nagar,
My Dear R. Singh,
I am highly impressed by your incisive observation and reflections of human mind.
I echo your thoughts and sincerely feel that platonic love is a sham. I have read D.H. Lawrence who feels that platonic love is very fatiguing. George Bernard Shaw has also emphasized the need and significance of physical love. But let us not forget that we are unmarried. The whole life is before us to see through the truth of the philosophy of love.
Let the time come then I shall not hold you back. Men of feeble faith and no experience of love like religious devotees require a physical revelation before they can believe. I do agree that the mysterious of love grow and ripen in the souls and they are revealed through the medium of bodies.
And is some lover, such as we.
Have heard this dialogue of one.
Let him still marke us he shall see
Small change, when we are to bodies gone.
Yours only and only yours,
