An accessory that is connected to primary property, that is adapted to be used with that property and that gen¬erally is intended to be permanently affixed to that prop¬erty. Appurtenances to a ship, for example, may include cranes attached to the ship for loading and unloading cargo. An easement for access to land is considered an ap¬purtenance to that land. Industrial machinery that is af¬fixed to a factory facility is an appurtenance to the building

Arab Maghreb Union = AMU

A regional alliance established in February 1989 with the goal of joining the Gulf Cooperation Council and other states in a common market.
